Each bed is made to order. Production time is approximately 14 working days from order confirmation.

Before Ordering
We understand that ordering furniture online can sometimes feel challenging. You are welcome to visit our Dubai showroom, where you can view our bed models and upholstery fabric samples in person.

We also offer a home consultation service, where our team can visit your location and present upholstery fabric samples for your selection. This service is available for a fee of AED 500, which is fully redeemable when you confirm your bed order.

Exchange & Returns
As each bed is custom made, returns or exchanges are not possible once production has started.

Warranty

  • Comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery
  • Covers the internal frame, structural components, and hydraulic mechanism

Each piece is made with attention to detail and quality materials, ensuring long-lasting performance with proper care.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, fabric damage, or issues caused by misuse or improper care.
