Refund & Exchange Policy

At OTAQ Home, customer satisfaction, product quality, and hygiene standards are our top priorities. Please review our refund and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Bedding Products

We offer a 10-day return or exchange period from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, bedding products must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original sealed packaging
  • Accompanied by the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened bedding products
  • Used bedding products
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration

Return Process

All bedding returns and exchanges must be processed at our showroom. Customers are required to bring the eligible product to the showroom to complete the return or exchange procedure.

Mattresses

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and customer safety, mattresses can only be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they remain:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original sealed packaging

Important Notice

Once a mattress has been opened, unsealed, or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This policy ensures that every OTAQ Home mattress delivered to our customers is 100% new, untouched, and hygienically protected.

Furniture

Delivery & Assembly

  • Our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
  • Delivery and assembly are performed by OTAQ Home's professional installation team.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of furniture assembly and installation, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted once the item has been assembled.

Customers are encouraged to inspect furniture items before assembly begins. Any concerns regarding damages or defects should be reported immediately upon delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Our customer service team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

OTAQ Home reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
